Your main responsibilities will include: * **End-to-end management of group reservation requests:** You’ll oversee the entire process — from the moment a call or email arrives until the reservation is confirmed. Nothing slips through your fingers! * **Personalized consultation:** You’ll attentively listen to our clients and offer optimal solutions based on their needs — dates, room types, meals, additional services… You hold the magic wand! * **Preparation of customized quotations:** You’ll create unique, tailored offers that make groups eager to book with us — no question about it. * **Management and control of allotments:** You’ll ensure all assigned rooms are properly managed, monitoring key dates such as release and cancellation deadlines. Maximum organization! * **Preparation, sending, and negotiation of contracts:** You’ll serve as Leonardo Hotels’ ambassador, negotiating optimal commercial terms, payment policies, timelines, and penalties. A true negotiation pro! * **Coordination with other departments:** You’ll work hand-in-hand with Front Office, Revenue, and Accounting to ensure seamless payments, deposits, invoicing, and file closures. Teamwork is essential! * **Monitoring and updating reservations and data:** You’ll maintain up-to-date information across our PMS and other internal tools.
