The mission of the Operations Management department is to maintain a global vision of cross-functional projects and budgets within the Operations area, manage the IT investment budget for the area, business projects, and centralize the operations catalog, ensuring coherence and consistent criteria, focusing on the overall perspective, supporting the different departments within the Operations area, facilitating the development of corporate values and mission, aligned with the area's objectives which are in turn aligned with the Strategic Plan. The projects you will undertake in this role are: * Global management of the IT budget * Preparation of presentations and reports analyzing investment trends and performance * Review and management of project proposals submitted by the department * Global management of the operations catalog, ensuring consistency, and supervising and supporting teams in their updates Minimum requirements * Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields * Knowledge of CaixaBank's financial business, product and service portfolio, and associated operations will be valued * Familiarity with PPM, datapool, and QlikSense will be considered an advantage * Prior experience in similar roles or responsibilities will be valued * Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) * Ability to manage and interact effectively with other departments within the bank What do we offer?
