Job Summary: We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to guide international teams in adopting best practices in DevOps and DevSecOps, maintaining platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Promote DevSecOps standards and work on simplification initiatives. Job Description: We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to help us support international teams in adopting best DevOps practices. **What You’ll Do:** ----------------- Within the AXA Partner DevSecOps team, you will report directly to the DevOps Lead. Your key responsibilities will include: * Maintain DevOps platforms to ensure business continuity. * Advise and train development teams on implementing DevSecOps practices. * Manage Azure DevOps platform configuration. * Help define, promote, and implement DevSecOps standards across all AXA partners. * Collaborate with other cross-functional teams (Cloud Services, Architecture, etc.) to reach agreements and establish common ground. * Interact with DevOps engineers and technical leaders from different AXA partner regions. * Work on various initiatives and projects (Simplification and Industrialization). **What You’ll Bring:** * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in software engineering. * Experience in: Azure DevOps OpenShift Scripting (PowerShell, Bash or TypeScript) DevSecOps practices (CI/CD strategies and branching strategies) SAST IaC * Practical mindset and willingness to learn. Be an active team member executing detailed technical tasks, with a proactive, results-oriented attitude. * Proactive and collaborative approach. * Ability to work with remote teams. * Strong customer service skills. * Ability to adapt quickly to change. * Fluency in Spanish and English.
