Resolution of mechanical incidents and support for new staff At the facilities located in Vilafranca del Penedès, we are seeking personnel to operate and supervise various packaging lines. The role involves ensuring machinery operates correctly and meets required quality standards, while autonomously managing daily documentation. Format changes must be performed, equipment adjusted according to current needs, and lines prepared for startup by verifying all parameters. The role includes resolving minor mechanical incidents during the shift and recording any anomalies in the control system. Additionally, support and guidance will be provided to newly hired staff. The contract is temporary, full-time, organized in rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts from Monday to Friday, ensuring continuous plant operations. Vocational training at intermediate level in Mechanics, Electricity, Electromechanics, or Automation. Minimum 3 years of work experience operating industrial packaging machinery, demonstrating autonomy in production line management. Technical ability to adjust parameters, perform preventive maintenance, and resolve basic mechanical failures. Knowledge of quality control, production process efficiency, and plant control software.
