Description
The position entails full responsibility for the production process assigned to a machine line. Key responsibilities include correctly feeding raw materials into the machine, ensuring a constant, uninterrupted flow that does not compromise productivity. Subsequently, the operator must configure the machine according to the technical specifications of each product, adjusting speeds, temperatures, and other critical parameters to guarantee final product quality. A fundamental part of the job is weighing the finished product—a task requiring precision and attention to detail to meet established standards. Additionally, the operator performs periodic quality checks by inspecting samples to detect possible deviations and making necessary machine adjustments. Finally, duties include loading finished products onto pallets or containers and unloading new materials, maintaining an organized and safe workplace.
