We are seeking an experienced Shift Manager in the food industry to join our team in La Rinconada. Main responsibilities include team coordination and planning, allocation of resources across different production sections, and full supervision of the production process during the shift. The role also entails ensuring strict compliance with quality and food safety regulations. The position offers a full-time contract with a weekly workload of 40 hours, scheduled from Monday to Saturday. A rotating shift system will be implemented covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts, within a timeframe from 06:00 to 06:00 the following day, including legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * We seek a versatile and responsible individual with a results-oriented mindset, who is organized and flexible enough to adapt to the job's demands. * Valid forklift operator license. * Extensive experience as a forklift operator. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * High school diploma, COU, FPII, or Higher Vocational Training qualification
