Our software development team performs tasks such as design, analysis, implementation, and development of new functionalities to deliver high-quality services to companies including Mutua Madrileña, HP, Hola, Mapfre, Meliá, and Inditex, among others, ensuring the smooth operation of our solutions. This is a team that must continuously update its technical knowledge and prioritize quality while paying close attention to detail in the solutions we work with. Our team consists of Backend developers, Frontend developers, QA engineers, Architects, and Product Owners, working with agile methodologies and sound judgment within a highly advanced technological environment. Therefore, we are looking for a candidate with solid experience in Python and Generative AI development. We seek collaborative, coherent, and detail-oriented individuals. Solid foundation in Python programming Experience with LLMs. Deep understanding of techniques such as prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), etc. Knowledge of frameworks such as Langchain, LangGraph, Google ADK. Experience developing conversational agents and familiarity with conversational product development platforms such as Google Dialogflow/Conversational Agents will be valued. **Cloud expertise highly desirable:** GCP, AWS, or Azure, and experience with their AI-focused services. Experience with Git Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency—ability to communicate effectively in English Teamwork capability, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills. High level of engagement and proactivity; communicative and collaborative with the rest of the team. **Additional assets:** Experience with LLMs, solid Python programming background, hands-on expertise with Generative AI solutions and conversational agents. For this position, familiarity with relevant technologies (Python, Langchain, LangGraph, etc.) is important—but not strictly mandatory.
