We are currently expanding our team by hiring teleoperators for a Banking Customer Service role. **What will your responsibilities be?** * First-level support via phone, chat, and app. * Providing general information and answering inquiries. * Handling incidents or escalating them to the appropriate department. * Advising and assisting with various banking products. * Managing potential fraud cases. * Resolving complaints or transferring them to a second level. * Customer retention, loyalty, and account maintenance. **What do we offer?** * 20 hours per week schedule on rotating shifts: Monday to Thursday and Thursday to Sunday. * Night shift from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday to Sunday (two weekends per month). * 100% remote work option after the first month of contract (provided performance requirements are met). * Annual gross salary of €8,500 (€708 gross/month) + night shift premium (€1.90/hour). * Prior training of 5 days before starting: from 12/1 to 12/5, from 9 AM to 3 PM (training will be compensated after passing the probation period). * Fixed-term intermittent contract. * Work location: Mairena del Aljarafe, Pol.
