1. Recruitment and Selection of Personnel: * Direct search in openings outside Seville, especially in Meat, Fish and Managers. * Collaborate in the creation of "Employer Branding" strategies that allow connecting and attracting the talent the company needs. * Prospective recruitment: Plan recruitment and selection needs for different situations: openings, vacations, preventive job pool, also taking into account existing historical data. * Conduct selection interviews, apply various tests, and prepare reports as response to: * Needs indicated by Sales, according to the specific protocol defined for this purpose. * Preparation of openings. * Proactively, to generate a candidate pool. Training Plan: * Identify the training and development needs the selected person has for the vacancy. * Plan and execute relevant actions: * Design necessary pedagogical tools and materials. * Design and deliver training sessions. • Select location for practical training. * Communicate with the Practical Trainer and trainee. Tutoring and follow-up plan: during the time specified by the corresponding DTP (technical job description) and as established by the protocol approved by Human Resources. * Design and adapt a tutoring protocol using the appropriate technological application. * Design support tools for effective tutoring: Checklists, action protocols, incident reporting. * Develop a visit plan and carry it out. * Report results and performance to the trainee. • Involve the direct supervisor together with the practical trainer in the final decision. * Provide advice and support to the practical trainer and direct supervisor. * Clearly define and share parameters and criteria to evaluate performance in the final decision. * Communicate and/or remind the direct supervisor of the adaptation plan for the person to reach the required performance level of the position, once the tutoring period is completed, which must be included in the corresponding protocol or specific DTP. This will include, among other things, the adaptation times each position requires until full performance is achieved. • Update Training Support Documentation. * Incorporate new learning and development methodologies. 2. Monitoring, Control and Presence Support * Communicate staffing changes to hiring via application registration (current record) * Listen to and resolve staff incidents and needs, following the protocol (pending development) that defines how such issues are reported. * Weekend on-call duty (when applicable). * Participate in meetings with the Sales Department and provide valuable input to help boost business figures. 3. Support in various HR processes * Collaborate in internal promotion processes: identify internal talent, highlighting individuals who, based on merit, capabilities and potential, are suited for positions with greater responsibility. * Provide support in specific actions related to staff onboarding: Contracts, uniform distribution during training, instruction on occupational health and safety (PRL) and personal protective equipment (EPI). * Support internal development/training activities when training gaps related to professional competencies of sales positions linked to their role are identified. 1.
