**What You Can Expect** **:** **Key Responsibilities** * Support Rhenus implementation teams in all tasks related to customer implementation projects within Rhenus’s IT/WMS policies. These include (but are not limited to) requirements alignment, Blue Yonder WMS configuration, writing specifications for development (interfaces, labels, and forms), solution testing, training of key users, Go-Live migration tasks, and incident resolution (troubleshooting). * Advise on solution design during the sales process, ensuring feasibility and alignment with WMS standards. * Participate in design sessions with customers and other Rhenus disciplines—such as logistics engineers, operations personnel, etc.—to gather requirements and deliver a detailed WMS solution design. * Gather business stakeholders’ needs and lead implementation project teams to develop deliverable, SMART requirements within project timelines. Document development specifications for enterprise integrations (interfaces) with customers, forms, and labels. Challenge stakeholders to approve requirements and development specifications. * Deliver solutions within the configuration capabilities of BY WMS and challenge stakeholders to accept configurable solutions. Where this is not possible (or proves significantly inefficient), define custom developments for extensions in consultation with Rhenus’s senior WMS experts (solution architects and design authorities). **What You Bring:** **Requirements** * Experience with WMS systems (Blue Yonder or a similar high-end WMS solution such as Manhattan or SAP) across various functional areas, including implementation, upgrade, and support projects. * Proven experience in customer integration projects, preferably multi-site supply chain environments, with responsibility for WMS configuration. * Knowledge of SQL; experience in report/label development using reporting/labeling tools is a plus (e.g., Jasper Reports, Zebra tools). * Experience in logistics and warehousing is preferred.
