At Bureau Veritas we continue to grow! We are currently seeking a Project Draftsman with at least 5 years of experience to join our technical team. The selected candidate will participate in the preparation of building services projects for residential construction, both during the design phase and in the development of *As Built* projects during construction execution. What will your responsibilities be? * Preparation and drafting of drawings for residential installation projects (Project / As Built). * Writing technical reports and specifications. * Support in preparing quantity takeoffs and budgets. * Site visits for data collection, inspection, and technical assistance. What do we require? * Education: Higher Technician in Building Projects or equivalent. * Experience: Minimum 5 years in preparing installation projects in residential construction. * Regulatory knowledge: CTE, REBT, RITE, PCI and other applicable regulations in Spain. * Technical skills: Advanced proficiency in CAD, experience with Presto and Revit, and knowledge of BIM methodology.
