A leading company in the river tourism sector in Seville is seeking to hire a **Maître** to coordinate and supervise onboard restaurant service and customer service aboard our tourist vessels. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring an excellent gastronomic and service experience for our customers during cruises along the Guadalquivir River, coordinating the dining room team and guaranteeing the highest standards of quality and service. Main responsibilities * Organization and supervision of onboard dining room service. * Coordination of waitstaff and customer service personnel. * Monitoring setup, service delivery, and closing procedures for each cruise. * Coordination with kitchen staff, crew, and operational management. * Stock control and ordering of beverages and dining room supplies. Requirements * Experience in restaurant service, hospitality, or events. * Leadership, organizational skills, and customer orientation. * Availability for flexible working hours. * Professional appearance and strong communication skills. Preferred qualifications * Training in Hospitality, Tourism, or Gastronomy. * Knowledge of protocol and service standards. * Food handling certification.
