The company is characterized by its commitment to quality, efficiency, and continuous innovation in the execution of its projects. Main Responsibilities: * Budgeting. * Public and/or private tenders. * Reports. * Invoicing. * Budgeting. Client contact. Requirements * Education: Technical Architecture or Building Engineering degree. * Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training: 20 and 60 hours (desirable). * Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Study Technician across various project types (industrial, civil, and residential). * Experience in public tenders. * Experience in client interaction. * Technical Skills: Presto, AutoCAD, MS Project, Office, and ChapGPT. * Residence: Must reside in Seville. * Geographic mobility availability (desirable but not mandatory). * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
