Take advantage of initiatives designed to support your physical and psychological health. * **Productivity tools:** Use cutting-edge tools such as Microsoft Copilot to enhance your productivity and effectiveness. **Role Description:** ======================== **I.****PURPOSE OF THE POSITION** ================================ * Control and organization of the production team assigned to their work sections. * Comply with—and ensure compliance with—directives issued by immediate supervisors (Site Supervisors and Site Managers). * Assume responsibility—and implement necessary means—to achieve objectives set by the Site Management. * Supervise all Safety and Health measures, as well as compliance with procedures outlined in the Quality and Environmental Assurance Plan. **II.****PERFORMANCE CRITERIA** ============================== * Degree of objective achievement * Team organization and leadership * Task scheduling and planning * Accident rate and quality in execution of work packages, inspection reports. **III.****KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS** ===================================================== * Achieve objectives assigned by Site Management * Assign personnel to work sections and prepare the Foreman’s daily report * Control material inflows and outflows in accordance with the Quality Procedure (P.A.C.) * Layouts conducted under supervision of Site Management * Supervision of safety measures—including general work section safety and individual protective equipment * Maximize performance and commitment from the assigned team **IV.** **RELATIONSHIPS** *WITH THE SITE SUPERVISOR* * Receive production objectives * Project changes affecting work packages currently being executed * Any incidents arising in their work sections—including personnel, prevention, and quality assurance issues * Submission of documentation (Foreman’s daily reports, delivery notes, etc.) . *WITH THE PRODUCTION MANAGER* * Any other incidents not previously discussed with the Site Supervisor. **Seize the challenge.
