**Why do we need you?** **We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn individual to join our production team at Europe’s largest feldspar mine. Our production process involves extracting the mineral from the working face using a front-end loader, which feeds a conveyor belt system transporting the mineral to the processing plant. Your responsibilities will include:** * Performing preventive and corrective electromechanical tasks (belt alignment, grizzly screens, lubrication, repairs, oil changes, roller replacements, idler sets, scraper adjustments, etc.) to ensure the availability of all facilities while meeting the company’s established Safety and Quality standards. * Recording data on unplanned maintenance failures or incidents to identify and propose improvements. * Assembling and disassembling equipment for repair and/or inspection. * Following instructions specified in workshop cleaning, maintenance, and pre-/post-work procedures. * Completing maintenance work reports, existing equipment repair templates, and grease/oil change schedules according to established instructions and procedures. **Is this job right for you?** We are seeking a Maintenance Operator for our Carrascal del Río (Segovia) site. Education: * Vocational training in Electromechanical Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Technical knowledge of maintenance practices and machinery operation. * Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and power transmission. * Basic Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training (50 hours), forklift license, and working-at-height certification are desirable. Experience: * Maintenance Operator with at least 1 year of industrial experience. Other requirements: * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are mandatory. * Residence near the workplace or willingness to relocate. * Morning and afternoon shifts are scheduled.
