We seek a technical professional passionate about the industry and with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in NETWORKING and SYSTEMS. **What Will Your Responsibilities Be?** * Project coordination, planning, and client communication. * Design, implementation, and documentation of networking, systems, and cybersecurity projects. * Technical support for managed service customers. * Analysis, resolution, and/or escalation of cybersecurity incidents. * Active participation in the team’s continuous improvement. **Job Requirements:** * 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing networking and systems projects and/or N2/N3 support tasks. * Knowledge of Cloud environments (Azure, AWS), virtualization (VCenter, Horizon, FSLogix, VMware DEM), systems (MS Windows, GPOs, AD, EntraID, OneDrive), and networking. * Cybersecurity knowledge (Firewall, MFA, XDR). * Excellent communication skills. * Ability to learn, strong motivation, and eagerness to continue growing professionally. * Customer orientation, approachability, and transparency. ***Preferred Qualifications:*** University degree or Higher Vocational Training in Computer Systems and Networks Administration or Cybersecurity. Education related to telecommunications or computer science. **CCNA** certification. **Languages:** English / Spanish / Catalan.
