You will contribute to subsidiary integration and improvement of B2C, B2B2C, and B2B customer experience. **WHAT YOU WILL DO** Support logical segregation and configuration of environments per subsidiary. Manage users, credentials, and certificates. Develop and configure OIDC/SAML authentication adapters and flows in PingIdentity. Assist subsidiaries and application owners in onboarding and supporting the platform. Manage authentication federation and 2FA with internal and external SSO providers. Coordinate patches, updates, and incident resolution for the IAM infrastructure. **WHAT YOU WILL BRING** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications. Prior work experience (valued). Knowledge of PingFederate, PingOne, PingDirectory, and PingOne 2FA. Proficiency in OIDC, SAML, Postman, and REST APIs. Analytical skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and proactivity. English level B2 minimum; French optional.
