We show you all this in this video: **Responsibilities and Mission** The Store Maintenance Leader will be responsible for ensuring both preventive and corrective maintenance of the store, as well as the proper functioning of its facilities and equipment—guaranteeing the safety of assets and people. Their main **responsibilities and areas of influence** will be as follows: ***Comprehensive Maintenance Plan*** * Ensure implementation of the Comprehensive Maintenance Plan to guarantee compliance with maintenance processes, risk prevention, and documentation management for store machinery and technical equipment. ***Store Maintenance*** * Prevent and resolve malfunctions affecting store facilities to ensure their proper operation, as well as customer and colleague safety and comfort. * Manage maintenance resources effectively to optimize costs and reduce consumption. ***Occupational Risk Prevention*** * Guarantee compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention regulations regarding store facilities, machinery, and technical equipment. * Implement the preventive measures established by the company to eliminate or reduce workplace and facility-related risks. ***Cross-Functional Management*** * Manage and actively participate in cross-functional projects with other departments—such as Sales and Services—and ensure achievement of assigned objectives at all times. * Support other sections and departments to optimize collaborative work. **Demonstrable Requirements** Minimum five years’ experience in a similar role.
