Requirements * Completion of compulsory secondary education (ESO). * Dual vocational training (FP Dual) in Commerce is considered a plus. * Prior experience in the retail sector is valued. * Customer-oriented mindset. * High degree of responsibility and autonomy. * Teamwork capability. * Local residence is an advantage.
