




**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 1 Bachelor's, Engineer, Architect or Graduate Degree holder + Official Master's Degree to provide support in implementing MRR/PRTR calls in Cantabria. **Workplace** -------------------- * Autonomous Community of Cantabria **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Support coordination efforts by the Autonomous Community in assigned tasks. * Regulatory analysis. * Identification of calls and liaison with managing units. * Monitoring of project implementation. * Any other technical, liaison, or representation tasks required within the scope of the project. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements must be substantiated by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the process): * Official academic degree certificate or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment record and/or employment contract verifying and certifying the required professional experience. * Internship annexes verifying and certifying the required academic experience, where applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Bachelor’s, Engineering, Architecture or Graduate Degree + Official Master’s Degree (MECES Level 3) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Prior Experience** * Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in the relevant field. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Type B driving license. * Availability to travel throughout the Autonomous Community and occasionally to other territories. * Professional experience in monitoring project implementation. * Professional experience in reviewing regulatory frameworks. **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Knowledge of European regulations (Regulation 2021/241, Proposal COM/2021/322, regulations concerning other European funds) and national regulations (Royal Decree-Law 36/2020, Orders HFP/1030/2021 and 1031/2021, PRTR document and its addendum) related to the project (to be verified during the technical interview). ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency (to be verified during the technical interview). * Professional experience in commercial/administrative/technical relations with regional public administrations (e.g., regional ministries, regional autonomous agencies, etc.). * Professional experience in managing projects funded by European Funds (application submission, justification and reporting, control and monitoring, etc.). **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 16 months, linked to the execution of the assignment detailed in the publication for the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union Funds. + Full-time working hours.
