Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise and coordinate on-site activities, ensuring project execution, quality standards, and regulatory compliance, while managing logistics and leading teams. Team leadership and coordination with industrial contractors We seek a candidate to supervise and coordinate on-site activities, ensuring that execution aligns with the project plan and complies with quality standards and applicable regulations. The selected candidate must interpret drawings, measurements, and technical specifications, and ensure occupational health and safety for all personnel on site. Responsibilities include managing logistics and the supply of materials and machinery. Additionally, the candidate must report construction progress to senior management and resolve both technical and organizational issues. Monitoring team performance and productivity, as well as coordinating with industrial contractors and suppliers, are also key duties. Solid knowledge of civil construction processes and on-site machinery is required, along with the ability to interpret technical documentation. Proficiency in Occupational Health and Safety Regulations and strong team leadership skills are essential. A full-time temporary employment contract is offered, with salary according to the applicable collective agreement.
