The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting the establishment's dishes, ensuring service quality and compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations at all times. Key responsibilities include organizing the kitchen before and during service, preparing ingredients, developing menus and dishes according to established guidelines, monitoring proper food storage, and cleaning facilities and work utensils. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure agile and satisfactory service for customers. We seek a responsible, organized individual capable of teamwork and with prior cooking experience. Initiative, commitment to quality, and the ability to perform effectively in dynamic, high-traffic work environments will be highly valued. Previous experience as a cook or advanced kitchen assistant. Knowledge of traditional cuisine and menu development. Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure during service hours. Specific training in hospitality and culinary arts will be considered an advantage.
