We are leaders on digital technology services, and we provide large\-scale technologic solutions to big companies. **What are we looking for?** For our specialized team, we are looking for **Senior Wintel Engineer.** **Main tasks and accountabilities will be:** Architect, deploy, and manage Wintel\-based infrastructure across on\-premises and Azure cloud environments. Design, configure, and maintain VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and virtualized workloads. Manage Azure IaaS, including VM provisioning, networking, backup, and monitoring. Administer and optimize Active Directory (AD), Group Policies, Entra ID, and authentication mechanisms. Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and system administration using Ansible, PowerShell, Python, and Bash scripting. Troubleshoot complex Windows Server, VMware, and cloud infrastructure issues, ensuring high availability and performance. **What do we expect from you?** \+12 years of experience in **Wintel engineering**, VMware, and cloud infrastructure. Extensive experience in **Windows Server administration** (2016/2019/2022\), Active Directory, and GPO management. Strong expertise in **VMware** (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter) and virtualization technologies. Hands\-on experience with Azure IaaS, cloud automation, and migration strategies. Proficiency in Ansible, PowerShell, Python, and Bash **scripting** for automation and configuration management. Solid understanding of security best practices, system hardening, and compliance standards.
