Participation in highly relevant technical infrastructure projects At SOCOTEC Spain, a leading company in technical inspection, engineering and consultancy, we are looking to hire a Technical Surveyor to join our On-Site Technical Assistance team in Madrid. The selected candidate will participate in civil works and infrastructure projects, providing technical support in surveying control, fieldwork supervision and coordination, ensuring correct execution and compliance with technical specifications. Main Responsibilities * Conduct on-site topographic surveys and setting-out operations. * Monitor construction geometry and verify tolerances. * Support the technical assistance team in site monitoring and quality control. * Manage and process surveying data using specialized software. * Prepare drawings and technical documentation derived from surveying work. * Collaborate with the supervising engineer and contractors to ensure proper execution of works. Requirements * Degree in Technical Engineering in Surveying or Vocational Training (FP) in Surveying / Civil Works. * Prior experience in civil works projects or technical assistance. * Knowledge of total stations, GPS and surveying equipment. * Proficiency in surveying software (AutoCAD, MDT, Civil 3D or similar). * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites. * Desirable: knowledge of civil works regulations and quality control standards.
