Job Summary: We are seeking a maintenance professional to supervise facilities, record maintenance activities, and perform various tasks while proposing improvements in the area. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and general maintenance tasks At Residencia Cícero, we aim to hire a person for the **maintenance** position, with a **40%** workload and **flexible schedule**, ideal for combining with other jobs. Main Responsibilities: * Monitor the condition and operation of facilities. * Record completed tasks on the corresponding forms. * Use tools, materials, electrical appliances, and personal protective equipment appropriately. * Report any work-related incidents to the coordinator. * Perform gardening, painting, carpentry, and other necessary maintenance tasks for the center. * Carry out any additional activities consistent with your qualifications and profession, as required. * Perform preventive maintenance tasks according to the center's schedule. * Coordinate activities carried out by subcontracted companies. * Propose improvement actions in the maintenance area. * Manage documentation generated within the area. Preferred Qualifications: * Secondary school diploma and/or Vocational Training in maintenance. * Knowledge of maintenance for hot water supply (ACS) and air conditioning systems. * Knowledge of electrical installation maintenance. * Prior experience in general maintenance. * Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, or gardening. * Organizational skills and autonomy.
