What are we looking for? We are seeking an engineer to join the machining department of a major steel industry company. Main responsibilities: Support in managing production within the machining area. Coordination with various production departments, as well as with technology and quality teams. Resolving daily operational issues arising in workshop management. Analysis and continuous improvement of machining processes. Support in managing department human resources (time management, scheduling, conflict resolution, etc.). PRL (Occupational Health and Safety): documentation management, ensuring compliance with the company's PRL policies. ### **Requirements** Minimum education: Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering. Degree in Industrial Organization Engineering or equivalent. Experience: Previous experience in machining between 1 to 3 years will be valued. A Master’s in Occupational Risk Prevention is highly desirable.
