Job Summary: We are seeking a quantity surveyor or architect to ensure detailed organization, rigorous control, effective team coordination, and continuous monitoring of deadlines and quality on construction sites. Continuous monitoring of deadlines and intervention quality We are looking for a quantity surveyor or architect to join our team in the Villacarriedo area and surrounding regions, covering Lierganes, Selaya, Solares, and Sarón. Main responsibilities include detailed organization and rigorous control of all on-site works. The role also entails effective coordination of various work teams and external subcontractors, as well as continuous monitoring of execution deadlines and intervention quality. A solid technical background and demonstrable on-site experience are required. A permanent, full-time contract is offered, with competitive salary conditions adjusted according to experience, ranging between €21,000 and €25,000 gross per year.
