Job Summary: We are seeking staff to provide care for elderly individuals in a residential facility, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their physical and mental well-being. Year-round psychoemotional support service. Staff are needed to care for elderly individuals at a residential facility in Villacarriedo. Candidates must hold a Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle in Nursing Assistant Care or an equivalent qualification, or the Vocational Training Cycle in Care for Dependent Persons, or the Professional Certificate in Socio-Healthcare. Knowledge of occupational risk prevention, quality, and environmental management is also valued. The working schedule will be full-time, with rotating morning and afternoon shifts. The contract is temporary, lasting four and a half months, with potential for extension. Additionally, a psychoemotional support service is available every day of the year. Responsibilities include assisting and supporting residents with daily activities they cannot perform independently—such as personal hygiene, feeding, accompaniment, and postural changes—as well as ensuring their physical and mental well-being through personalized care.
