We seek a motivated individual eager to learn, ready to take on new challenges, capable of teamwork, and accustomed to handling high workloads within strict deadlines. The main responsibilities include: Managing administrative workflows for supplier invoice reviews. Liaising with suppliers to resolve issues. Digitizing documentation. Processing invoices. Preparing payments / bank transfers. ### **Requirements** Vocational Training in Administration or equivalent. Minimum 2 years’ prior experience in administrative, procurement, or supplier-related departments. User-level SAP proficiency and intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills.
