You will work closely with 3 Export Area Managers, providing full administrative and operational support for sales activities. ##### **Responsibilities** * Full administrative management of export orders. * Coordination and tracking of **order shipment dates**. * Daily communication with clients in **English and Spanish**. * Review of prices, tariffs, and sales terms. * Preparation and control of export documentation: o Certificates of origin, EUR.1 forms, tariff classifications, Incoterms, etc. * Processing certificates and legalizations with the **Chamber of Commerce**. * Operational support to the commercial and logistics teams. #### **The profile we are seeking** ##### **Experience and knowledge** * Minimum of **2 years’ experience** in **export back office**.
