We are Applus\+ Laboratories, the division of the Applus\+ Group that provides testing, certification, and product development engineering services. At our Construction Laboratory, we test and guarantee the quality of both basic construction materials and final systems and products. We help our clients understand the limits of a specific construction product and demonstrate compliance with applicable regulations. We are currently expanding and seeking a Construction Materials Operator to join our team on a permanent basis. What will your day-to-day responsibilities be? \- Perform construction materials testing according to applicable technical specifications and regulations \- Fabricate test fixtures \- Assist in managing the laboratory's equipment fleet \- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures \- Provide support for maintenance tasks What are we looking for? \- Secondary or higher education degree in Construction/Chemistry or related fields \- Prior experience in a similar role is valued \- Experience operating measurement equipment and inspection tools \- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite \- Intermediate level of English \- Ability to work effectively in a team \- Valid driver's license What do we offer? \- Permanent contract \- Full-time work \- 23 vacation days plus 3 flexible days \- Flexible compensation plan (health insurance, transportation allowance, childcare support, meal vouchers) \- Employee parking \- Green spaces and wellness activities including yoga classes, among others \- Subsidized cafeteria If you are seeking to join a continuously evolving sector where you can train to become a specialist in construction materials, send us your application!
