We are looking to hire an **Industrial Maintenance Operator** to join the plant’s technical team. **Main Responsibilities:** Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and industrial machinery. Repair of electrical and mechanical faults. Installation and maintenance of interior lighting fixtures. Preparation and commissioning of facilities and machinery ahead of audits. General support in maintenance tasks across the production plant. **Requirements:** Previous experience as an electromechanical technician in an industrial environment. Junior profiles with technical training in maintenance, electricity, or mechanics will also be considered. Experience as a welder, mechanic, electrician, and/or refrigeration technician will be valued. Responsible, solution-oriented, and capable of working effectively within a team. **Conditions:** Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 17:00 (1-hour lunch break). Initial temporary contract through an ETT (Temporary Employment Agency), with realistic prospects of permanent employment. Job stability and a good working environment.
