Furthermore, thanks to its latest advances in Generative Artificial Intelligence, the company has been selected for Microsoft’s global acceleration program. **What are we looking for?** We are seeking a Backend Developer (Python) to strengthen our Technical Team. We need someone who can—and wants to—become a solid execution pillar within the development team: absorb knowledge of our architecture, work autonomously on complex developments, and contribute independent judgment from the first months. Above all, we seek a programmer: someone who enjoys building software, solving technical problems, and delivering end-to-end developments with full responsibility, with a strong focus on the latest AI advancements. We especially value execution discipline and organizational rigor, complementing a team with strong analytical capabilities. **What is our tech stack?** * Backend in Python using **FastAPI** as the primary framework. * Databases: **PostgreSQL and MongoDB** * Infrastructure: **Docker and Azure** * Frontend: **Angular** * Integration of **AI / LLM APIs** into the platform, and regular use of AI tools for development (Cursor, Copilot). Your mission will be to technically lead full backend developments, contribute to the growth of our SaaS platform Food Radar, and become a key enabler of the team’s execution capability—with real room to grow into a more senior architecture role. **What we’re looking for in you** * Solid experience (5\+ years) developing backend systems in Python, ideally with FastAPI. * Genuine proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL and MongoDB), not just at a basic level. * Understanding of designing and using complex data models, as well as experience designing and architecting modular, scalable, and maintainable backend systems. * Prior DevOps and Angular experience is a plus. * Proven track record working in professional development teams (3\+ people) and long-lifecycle projects, with real ownership over what you build. * Demonstrable autonomy: you know how to unblock yourself, make technical decisions, and progress without constant validation. * Native Spanish speaker. B2-level English for reading technical documentation.
