You will act as a servant leader, fostering collaboration, removing impediments and supporting teams through change in dynamic and evolving environments. We need someone like you to contribute across the following responsibilities: * Facilitate **Scrum ceremonies** (Daily, Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retrospectives). * Support teams in the effective application of **Scrum and Kanban** principles. * Remove impediments and proactively manage dependencies and risks. * Coach team members on **agile best practices** and continuous improvement. * Support change management and agile adoption within the organization. * Promote transparency and communication between teams and stakeholders. * Use tools such as **JIRA, ALM and Microsoft Teams** to track progress and performance. * Encourage a results\-oriented mindset and high team engagement. Qualifications EXPERIENCE * 1–2 years of experience working as a **Scrum Master or Agile Practitioner**. * Hands\-on experience applying **Scrum and Kanban** methodologies. * Exposure to **TDD/BDD practices** is a plus. EDUCATION * Certificate of Higher Education, University Degree or Master’s degree. * Technical background is a plus. SKILLS \& KNOWLEDGE Essential * **Scrum Master Professional certification**. * Strong experience and knowledge of the **Kanban Method**. * User\-level knowledge of **JIRA, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management)** and **Microsoft Teams**. * **Highly fluent in English**, both written and spoken. * Excellent **communication and facilitation skills**. * Proactive, results\-oriented mindset. * Strong **change management** capabilities. * Spanish language skills are a plus. * Knowledge of **supply chain finance products** (e.g. Confirming) is a plus. * Understanding of **payment methods and accounting concepts** is a plus. Nice to Have * Knowledge of **scaled agile frameworks** such as SAFe, Nexus or LeSS. * Ability to understand the tools involved in a **deployment pipeline**. * Knowledge of **Management 3\.0** principles. SOFT SKILLS * Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. * High adaptability to change and ability to work in **fluid and evolving organizations**. * Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. * Proactive attitude with a continuous improvement mindset.
