Communication with public agencies and review of electronic notifications. We are looking for a candidate to fill the position of Administrative Assistant for Labor Affairs in Vélez\-Málaga. Main responsibilities will include full contract management, processing employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications in compliance with current regulations. Tasks will also cover payroll processing and Social Security settlements, as well as handling labor-related incidents. The role includes recording and monitoring working hours, and organizing work schedules to ensure proper shift and vacation planning. The candidate will also be responsible for communication with public agencies, reviewing electronic notifications, and preparing necessary documentation for potential inspections. A permanent part-time employment contract is offered, with 27 working hours per week, scheduled Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m\. The monthly salary is 1\.000 euros.
