We require an administrative receptionist for a position in Paterna. Main responsibilities will include managing all correspondence—both physical and electronic—ensuring its proper classification and distribution. Customer service is fundamental: responding to inquiries and resolving questions to ensure a positive experience. Additionally, the candidate will manage executives' schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments. The role requires preparing and drafting administrative reports and documents, collecting relevant data for management. The candidate will also handle document management, including registration, classification, and archiving of information. Processing documents with public authorities must be carried out in compliance with deadlines. Temporary contract, full-time (8 hours daily) from Monday to Friday on a split shift, with flexible timing between 08:00 and 18:00. * Minimum one year of experience in similar positions. * We seek a person with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude. * Residence near the workplace is desirable. * A vehicle is required for commuting. * Proficiency in both spoken and written Spanish and English. * Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO).
