Job Summary: A quality professional responsible for ensuring factory quality, including the production process, finished product, and customer support in an industrial environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure quality of the manufacturing process and finished product. 2. Identify opportunities for improvement and analyze quality risks in the current process flow. 3. Manage internal and external quality incidents. Cantoria, ES, 04850 **What We Are Looking For** You will be responsible for ensuring factory quality, including production process quality, finished product quality, and customer quality support. **Location**: Cantoria, HQ (Almería)**Your Key Responsibilities** * Ensure quality controls for the manufacturing process and finished product. * Identify opportunities for improvement in the process and analyze quality risks in the current process flow. * Analyze customer complaints and internal incidents. * Manage internal and external quality incidents. * Monitor and manage quality indicators (First Time Through, waste, rework, etc.). * Define and implement quality criteria for processes and finished products. * Quality documentation (preparation, review, and control). * Internal audits of the process and finished product, conducted jointly with internal audit teams and certification bodies. * Ensure calibration and verification of quality equipment, coordinating with production and maintenance teams. **What You Need to Succeed** **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or a related field. **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Technician in industrial environments. * Experience managing quality incidents and audits. * Experience managing quality KPIs and analyzing quality data; familiarity with quality tools. **Personal Competencies**: * Teamwork skills, communication ability, and influence. * Ability to multitask. * Proactivity, motivation, and accountability. **What We Offer** A stable project within a leading company in the sector.**About Cosentino** At COSENTINO, our purpose is to inspire people through innovative and sustainable spaces.
