Could you be the **Logistics Administrator** we’re looking for at our **Pinto (Madrid)** site? *Position within the Global Referral Program* **Your Future Role** Take on a new challenge and apply all your logistics experience in a cutting-edge field. You will work alongside young and talented teammates. You will specifically provide high-level support by performing administrative functions such as receiving supplier service invoices, maintaining systems and records, preparing reports, and handling information requests. We are looking for you to: * Administer material transfers to other sites. * Enter stock control data (cyclical and annual inventories). * Submit transportation requests at the administrative level. * Monitor transportation. * Manage orders and sales in GSI. * Handle administrative workflows for repair operations. * Launch purchase requests for all logistical activity requirements. * Launch and plan KITS. * Manage data, reports, and other departmental administrative tasks. * Support logistics and warehouse operations by maintaining records. * Contribute to team efforts to achieve relevant results as needed. * Comply with EHS regulations, including functional limitations of the role, both for operations and direct supervision. Order and cleanliness **About You:** We value passion and attitude over experience. Therefore, we do not expect you to possess all the skills.
