




Job Summary: We are seeking a receptionist for the hospitality industry in Cangas de Onís, responsible for customer service, reservation management, local tourism information provision, and interdepartmental coordination. Coordination with housekeeping, maintenance, and management departments In Cangas de Onís (Asturias), we seek to hire an individual for reception duties at a hospitality establishment. Main responsibilities include providing in-person, telephone, and email customer service; managing reservations (check\-in, check\-out, modifications, and cancellations); providing local tourism information; coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and management departments; and handling incidents and complaints. Prior experience in reception, customer service, or administration is preferred, as well as language skills—English being particularly desirable. Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays, as well as teamwork capability, is required. Residency in the area or possession of personal transportation for commuting is also considered advantageous. Terms include an indefinite intermittent contract, full-time schedule with shifts from 08:00 to 16:00 and from 16:00 to 24:00, salary according to the hospitality collective agreement, and immediate start.
