Main responsibilities will include customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving incidents effectively. It is essential that the selected candidate demonstrates strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for various data management and organization tasks. Administrative training will be considered a plus. A minimum of six months' proven prior experience in a similar role is required. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with a gross monthly salary of 1424 euros.
