Siroko is a leading brand in the sports fashion sector, passionate about offering innovative and quality products to our customers and we are looking for an Affiliate Program Specialist \- Germany to join our Influencer Marketing team. What are we looking for? A person with communication skills, goal\-oriented and eager to bring value to the Influencer Marketing department. Also a sports lover! What will your duties be? * You will have the opportunity to be part of our Influencer Marketing team, supporting all the campaigns with German influencers, from research to the analysis of the collaborations. * Work closely with affiliates and monitor existing accounts to optimize and increase revenue, communicate with new and existing affiliates about upcoming promotions and optimization opportunities. * Develop business and sales strategies to enhance the affiliate program. Manage negotiations with affiliates and/or representative agencies and close deals. * Enhance existing relationships by introducing new services and products. * Loyalty building and personalized attention to our ambassadors. * Conduct new customer acquisition through research, referrals, networking, data sources and emails. * Coordinate with various teams to address affiliate needs in an accurate and timely manner. * Attend ambassador events. * Manage brand content, create briefings for our ambassadors with a taste for audio\-visual content in mind. * Coordinate work with other areas of the company for the execution of content in social networks. * Obtain photographic and video content through influencer marketing. * Monitor and track content KPI's. * If you practice and have knowledge of any sport, it will be a plus :). ➡️ Requirements: * At least 1 \- 2 years experience in influencer marketing and managing e\-commerce audiovisual content. We care about your taste for audiovisual content as it will have an impact on brand publications as well as negotiations with our affiliates. * Experience working with Affiliate Programs * English or Spanish \- C2 * German C2 or native * Knowledge of the culture of Northern and Central Europe. * Advanced level of office suite. * We are looking for a person with good soft skills, commercial and negotiation skills, productive, team player, organized and decisive. Remote work model (Spain) with availability to visit our offices in Asturias or hybrid work model at our offices in Asturias. * Flexible schedule every day of the year with entry range between 08:00h and 10:00h. Continuous working day every Friday of the year and also in the months of July and August. ️ 22 working days of vacation.
