Process Engineer

Description

· Monitor and track manufacturing processes and implement continuous improvement actions within the department. · Implement LEAN techniques (SMED / 5S / TPM / KANBAN). · Track corrective actions arising from production processes or internal and external complaints. · Oversee manufacturing operations in the plant for the assigned work area. · Responsible for coordinating 5S activities in the plant. · Manage and plan human resource allocation, including scheduling shifts, vacations, and overtime. · Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify potential KAIZEN projects and minor improvements in alignment with the business unit's KAIZEN coordinator. Salary: €37,000.00–€42,000.00 per year Work location: On-site employment
