This is an ideal opportunity for individuals passionate about engineering and management who wish to grow within a global and innovative company. **What will you do on a daily basis?** **Asset and Maintenance Management** * Comprehensive asset and investment management, optimizing costs and service life. * Planning and control of preventive maintenance, annual plans, and critical assets. * Use of CMMS/EAM tools for activity control, automation, and tracking. **Project Execution and Compliance** * Technical assistance and supervision of installations and industrial projects. * Quality control, cost control, scheduling, regulatory compliance, and statutory inspections. * Supplier management, tendering, and coordination with external companies. **Continuous Improvement, Efficiency, and Organization** * Process optimization and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. * Process automation, data analysis, and KPIs for decision-making. * Human resource management, budgetary control, and cross-departmental coordination. **What do you need to succeed?** * Recent graduate in Engineering (any specialty), Architecture, or Technical Architecture. * English level B2 (certifiable). * Valuable knowledge of AutoCAD 2D/3D, SketchUp, REVIT, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Project. * Leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment. * Passion for design and innovation in energy efficiency and automation. * Residence in the province of Castellón. **What do we offer?** * Join a sector-leading company. * Work in an international environment. * Real opportunities for professional growth and development. * A passionate and collaborative team that supports you every step of the way.
