You will join a young team and work on diverse and interesting projects from day one, making a real impact while pushing the current boundaries of AI, natural language processing, and analytics. **What will be your mission?** Design, develop, and deploy intelligent applications based on Generative Artificial Intelligence, combining modern software engineering with NLP and Large Language Models (LLMs). You will work alongside Product, AI Engineers, and Software Engineers to build scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that integrate AI models into real products. **Your day-to-day as an AI Software Engineer:** * Design, develop, and maintain web applications and backend services using modern technologies (Python, Node.js, ReactJS, and Ant Design). * Design and implement scalable APIs and serverless architectures following sound engineering practices, testing, and code reviews. * Develop and integrate AI solutions based on Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and AI agents. * Design and implement AI pipelines and optimize the performance of applications built on foundational models and cloud services. * Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS and/or Azure using Terraform, ensuring secure deployments via CI/CD pipelines. * Monitor application performance, availability, and scalability in production. * Collaborate with Product, Data, and AI teams to transform business requirements into technical solutions, participate in architecture design, and contribute to continuous team improvement. **You’ll be a great fit if you have:** * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer, or similar role. * Experience developing web applications with ReactJS. * Backend development experience with Python and/or Node.js, including REST API design and implementation. * Knowledge of version control with Git and collaborative workflows (GitHub or Bitbucket). * Experience working with Agile methodologies. * Experience in cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure), infrastructure-as-code with Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines. * Experience integrating Large Language Model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, or similar). * Knowledge of Generative AI, NLP, and techniques such as Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG) will be valued. * Ability to develop scalable, maintainable, and product-oriented software. * Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills. **It would be ideal if you also have:** * Experience developing solutions based on Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, or similar). * Experience building AI agents and workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar. * Experience evaluating and optimizing prompts, as well as the performance of LLM-based applications. * Knowledge of observability and monitoring for AI applications. * Familiarity with event\-driven architectures, microservices, and serverless application deployment. * Advanced knowledge of DevOps practices. * Prior experience in technology consulting. **What do we offer at OMNIOS?** * The opportunity to join a pioneering company in the field of artificial intelligence. * Hybrid work model * 25 vacation days. * A free day on your birthday. * Flexible weekly schedule of 38 hours: * Start time between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM / End time between 4:30 PM and 6:30 PM. * Fridays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM or from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. * Intensive schedule in July and August (35 hours per week). * 100% remote work in August. * Office in central Barcelona. * Flexible compensation: meal vouchers, transportation, childcare vouchers. * Permanent * Full time * Hybrid (Barcelona, Barcelona, Spain) * Software Development
