RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordinate and supervise all stages of construction projects, from inception to completion. * Manage and lead the on-site workforce, ensuring adherence to schedules and work quality. * Collaborate with design and architectural teams to ensure accurate interpretation of drawings and technical specifications. * Continuously monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or deviations arising during execution. * Ensure compliance with workplace safety, quality, and environmental regulations. * Coordinate the hiring and management of suppliers and subcontractors. * Maintain smooth communication with clients, providing regular updates on project status. Requirements * Degree in Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Proven 10-year experience managing residential development construction projects. * Solid knowledge of technical regulations and industry standards. * Proficiency in sector-specific software tools (Presto, AutoCAD, Excel), especially ERP SIGRID and Navision. * Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Leadership skills, effective communication, and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. * Mandatory 60-hour PRL course.
