End-to-end management of customs processes We seek an organized and solution-oriented individual with experience in customs operations and international document management, to work in Montornès del Vallès. The person will be responsible for managing import and export customs processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and correct documentary processing. Main responsibilities include opening and managing files, reviewing Single Administrative Documents (SADs), verifying customs and commercial documentation (invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, letters of credit), tariff classification, coordination with customs authorities and clients, incident tracking, cost and billing control, as well as monitoring operations to guarantee deadlines and quality. We offer an indefinite-term contract, full-time schedule, flexible working hours (arrival between 8:00 and 10:00, departure between 17:00 and 19:00\), a positive work environment, and opportunities for professional development. Annual gross salary up to €30\.000, depending on experience and contribution. What Are We Looking For? Essential Requirements * Education in International Trade, Logistics, Transport, or related field. * Prior experience in customs operations or freight forwarding. * Practical knowledge of Single Administrative Documents (SADs) and import/export documentation. * Minimum English level B2 (regular written and operational use). * Proficiency in computer tools and management systems.
