**Company Description** The Hoxton, Poblenou is located in Barcelona and is our 11th Hoxton hotel. The hotel features 240 rooms of varying sizes, a large restaurant called Four Corners with The Slice shop and the Bodega, the rooftop taqueria Tope with a swimming pool, a vast basement event space, and The Apartment (our exclusive meetings and events concept). **Job Description** What you’ll do… * Handle daily work orders reported at the hotel (incidents, complaints, guest requests, and requests from other departments) via GMAO. * Complete mandatory daily logs. * Perform preventive maintenance on guest rooms and hotel facilities. * Carry out repairs on kitchen equipment. * Verify proper operation of all facilities. * Perform general maintenance tasks and engineering-related inventory management. * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities covering electricity, air conditioning, carpentry, locksmithing, painting, etc. * Legionella control and prevention, as well as compliance with safety and evacuation protocols (e.g., fire, accidents, etc.). **Requirements** What we’re looking for… * Individuals.
