The position is located within the Urban Services division, which specializes in maintaining urban infrastructure—such as public roads, municipal facilities, and green spaces—as well as installing and operating building technology. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Plan interpretation and layout: Read and understand construction drawings, and mark out and measure work areas according to drawing specifications. * Work supervision: Assign and supervise tasks across different work zones, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. * Team training: Provide continuous training to the workforce. * Administrative control: Review and manage delivery notes and work reports. * Prevention and safety: Assume responsibility for on-site safety and ensure compliance with the Safety Plan. * Subcontractor coordination: Supervise and coordinate subcontractor activities. * Site visits: Participate in site inspections. * Execution of diverse tasks: Carry out various tasks depending on project requirements. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor, preferably in building construction—including new builds, renovations, and refurbishments. * Valid driver’s license. * Strong organizational, planning, and management skills. **What do we offer?** * Permanent position. * Opportunity to join a team of professionals committed to innovation, sustainability, and equal opportunities. * Professional development within our company. * Company vehicle \+ Solred card. * Flexible compensation: private health insurance, meal vouchers, childcare vouchers.
