Job Summary: A prominent consulting/advisory firm is seeking a Labor Technician to provide advisory services, apply labor regulations, and manage labor and Social Security procedures. A leading consulting/advisory firm located in the Vallès Oriental region requires the incorporation of a: **LABOR TECHNICIAN** **Responsibilities** * Providing advisory services on labor relations. * Applying general labor regulations and collective agreements. * Managing employment contracts and bonuses. * Preparing payroll records. * Handling labor documentation and Social Security procedures. * Red/Siltra system. * Calculating IRPF withholding taxes and filing related declarations with the Spanish Tax Agency. * Calculating severance payments. * Drafting dismissal and disciplinary letters. **Profile** * Graduate in Social Work, Human Resources, and/or Labor Sciences. * Experience providing labor advisory services to companies of various types. * Software used: A3\. * Advanced user of Excel and Word. * Experience in gestorías (administrative service firms) is valued. **Required Competencies:** * Methodical * Organized * Attention to detail * Teamwork ability * Communication skills * Ability to work under pressure * Reliability * Competence * Quick response capability * Empathy and courtesy * Client understanding * Ability to share labor-related updates within the team
