We manage a wide variety of assets: offices, commercial buildings, shopping centers, residential properties, hotels, logistics and industrial assets, among others. **Who Are We Looking For?** A Technical Manager responsible for providing technical support in the daily management of the portfolio buildings and assisting in CapEx and renovation project management for managed buildings. **Main Responsibilities:*** Maintain close and smooth communication with properties. + Provide technical and regulatory support to property managers and assist in developing CapEx investment plans for assets, tailored to building requirements. + Technical management of approved CapEx in buildings and monitoring thereof. + Project management duties for ongoing works, including: * Project management from conception through to documentation * Management of licensing procedures * Tendering of construction works via preparation of tender documents and cost optimization for interventions * Project control during construction phase * Cost and documentation control * Monitoring of established schedule and project risks * Collection of post-construction information, * Provision of ECOP services, overseeing tenant fit-out works in buildings. **Requirements:** * Engineer/Architect or other technical degree. * 1\-2 years of experience in a similar role or facility management. * Knowledge of construction management, budgeting, technical aspects, and documentation. * Project management * AutoCAD * MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Valid driver's license **What We Offer:*** Permanent contract * Professional development within an internationally expanding company. * Competitive compensation based on experience provided. * Excellent professional environment, built on collaboration, proximity, and mutual respect among teams. * Competitive social benefits package focused on well-being and long-term stability.
